MikeHacksAI Documentation¶
Welcome to the public MikeHacksAI documentation portal. This site publishes approved, sanitized guidance covering homelab architecture, Azure, Oracle Cloud, operational governance, and selected technical runbooks.
Public publishing layer
This portal is not the source of truth for private infrastructure records. Detailed inventories, live network configuration, recovery procedures, credentials, and client materials remain in their authoritative private repositories.
Documentation Areas¶
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Homelab | High-level architecture, container practices, monitoring, and lessons learned |
| Azure | Cloud architecture, resource organization, and cost governance |
| Oracle Cloud | Approved setup, hardening, and operational guidance |
| Public Runbooks | Generalized procedures suitable for public technical documentation |
Publishing Principles¶
- Sanitize before publishing. Remove environment-specific access details, identifiers, and sensitive topology.
- Keep one source of truth. Homelab and cloud repositories own the detailed operational records.
- Document as you go. Useful public lessons should be adapted from completed, verified work.
- Runbooks over memory. Repeatable procedures should be written, tested, and reviewed.
- Governance before growth. New services should have ownership, documentation, monitoring, and recovery expectations.
